Get 'Surf fit' on the Beach

Fitness is an essential part of enjoying any activity you do and surfing is a great way to keep fit. That said, when the surf is flat and you are looking for something to keep you in shape, be it for the surfing or for general lifestyle, we'll help you to achieve your goals.
Meeting Tuesday and Thursday nights in Dunfanaghy, 6:30pm at Killyhoey beach. From there, we'll do a mixture of resistance training including push-ups and sit-ups, work on flexibility and plenty of cardio drills, all while enjoying the backdrop of the impressive Sheephaven bay.
Using natural features to train with and making use of the light summer evenings we hope to really improve your fitness and get you feeling great.
All ages welcome and we will work on a routine specific to your own ability and time you can dedicate to getting in shape.
