Muckish Summit
Location: Muckish Mountain, North Donegal

Climb Muckish under the supervision of experienced walker, munroist and mountaineer. We will aim the walk for the Sunday but have allowed the full weekend to make the most of the weather. The route will be a strenuous walk and requires modest fitness and the ability to walk for up to 4hours. We will take a lesser used route following the ridge line in a gradual rise towards the summit. To summit should be approx 1h30min with 30 min for lunch and to enjoy the views and 1h30min to return. The walk requires the use to walking shoes or approach climbing shoes and all participants must have a rucksack containing the following. Wet weather gear, water, food and additional layers.
